My name is Blessing Jacob and I am a postgraduate student at Gombe State University, Nigeria, currently undertaking a research study on the impact of NGOs on poverty reduction among the working-age population in Gombe metropolis. In the course of my research, I have identified the Progress out of Poverty Index (PPI) as a valuable tool for assessing poverty levels and tracking changes over time.

Given the importance of reliable and validated instruments in academic research, I am writing to kindly request access to the PPI instrument, along with information regarding its validity and reliability. Specifically, I am interested in obtaining the questionnaire or survey tool used to administer the PPI, as well as any documentation or resources available regarding its psychometric properties.

My research aims to investigate the effectiveness of NGO interventions in reducing poverty among the working-age population, and I believe that the PPI will be instrumental in providing quantitative data for analysis and interpretation. Access to the PPI instrument will enable me to collect relevant data on poverty levels and assess the impact of NGO programs in the context of my study.

I assure you that the information obtained through the PPI instrument will be used solely for academic research purposes and will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Any guidance or assistance you can provide in accessing the PPI instrument and related resources would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to your positive response and the opportunity to incorporate the PPI into my research study. Please feel free to contact me if you require any further information or clarification regarding my research project on this e-mail address

Warm regards.
